Hey there I'm a fresher i have just started my job in as a performance marketer for a growth advertising agency. i like it but I wanna develop all round marketing skills and not just stick to paid ads, would like to switch into a growth management role later.
What are certain HARD SKILLS for required in growth roles ( like SEO, advance excel etc) which i should learn and feel free to recommend resources as well!
Any other suggestions is also welcomed!
growth skills would differ from company and industry type. For example, a b2c growth person would focus on metrics like installs, engagement and for b2b it would be more like leads, revenue etc
Try to enter reforge program for b2c growth + retention if you’re more inclined towards b2c. Join an early stage b2c company, you’ll prolly get to do lots of work there, which will give you well rounded growth
Preferably Remote. But I would like to know in general, do people with 2-3 years of experience in Performance marketing and growth get jobs from such companies?

Shifted near job location toh have a lot of time to upskill.
