Shifting to Pune for the First Time. Need Guidance (commerzone IT park, Yarawada)

Hi. I am from Hyderabad and I am moving to Pune on 1st June. My company is in commerzone IT park, Yarawada (Vishrantwada) so I was wondering which area would be suitable for me to look for a 1 BHK or a good Stay and how much do I have to pay (minimum) for a 1 BHK around this area.

Your help is really appreciated.

Also what are the things that I should keep note of in Pune?
