I'm a product manager at an IT company and I've been harassed many times by my senior colleagues , harras in a way like kuch khe diya yah gaali dedi, ek baar management ko bhi bola unhone seriously liya bhi and convey bhi kiya but voh nahi mante.

Next time you talk to them, keep a recorder running on your phone. Also, keep a note of each instance, when & where that happened.

Once you have 4-5 such examples and recorded evidence, file a written complaint with HR for workplace harassment. The company should be forced to take action then.
