Offer letter has less CTC than final discussion.

Hello,

I have received an offer letter from Infosys with a ctc of 26lpa, including 20%lpa. During discussion with HR, it was decided to be 28lpa. They are not giving any joining bonus, nor any relocation. The reason they gave that my current salary being 15lpa. Should I negotiate further, will they consider increasing the package? What should I ask them?

If you have any other better offers, take it. Also try to negotiate with Infosys HR for 28lpa. If both of these don't work, go for the 26lpa offer as ur current package is 15 and they are giving more than 50% hike. During the notice period,as usual, try to get a better offer.

Yes. Go through all the points of offer letter, prepare a questionnaire and schedule a call with HR. That’s what I had done with companies whenever I had doubts in their policies.
