Need assistance on DSA and System Design

Hi All,

I am a frontend engineer and wasted time only on frontend. Now I facing difficulties on DSA and System Design, can anyone suggest,

1. How to start?
2. How to build the intuition for optimised solution?
3. Daily how many problems I need solve ?

For many problem I am not able to build the intuition.
