Need advice on switch

Currently holding 2 offers: Accenture (8.5 fixed) and Alcon (11.7 fixed) - which one is the best to join. I have 4 yoe in SAP domain. Pls share your thoughts on working culture, work life balance, Hikes, promotions etc.
