Future as frontend developer

As you can guess, i joined as a front end developer in a startup last month. I have got no degree whatsoever. I am great at coding. I have done 700 leetcode questions (in JS😅). I intend to have a package of 20LPA next year. Maybe less. What should i do to maximize my pay scale while having little time for myself. I don't want to go insane in pursuing it. To all the high earners, please give me advice. PS-: I also want to join atlassian some day. REMOTE

Actually,i started learning in 2021 without anyone selling it to me. Freecodecamp followed by scrimba. Did not pay a single penny for it. I also pray to grapevine angels to guide me .

Learn backend, too. Why specifically Atlassian?

I want to live in my village and work remotely. Also,be free to come to the office for 6 months and back at home for another 6.
I started learning java. Any suggestions or guides about what to follow? Also, will leetcode help in getting interviews?

  1. Don't target only Atlassian. Start curating a list of remote friendly organizations & research how they hire

  2. I don't know Java, so I can't help with that

  3. Maintaining a good coding profile on LC & GitHub and building some good projects will help you get shortlisted for an interview. Entry-level interviews are usually DSA based, so grinding LC will definitely help you crack them. You are expected to solve tricky JS questions, too, since you're also a frontend dev

If u dont get into high paying companies then only way to optimize tc is switch often. You can do that while u r young. Anyway just know there’s a good amount of luck factor so don’t overthink
