Fractal Analytics - No TDS ??

How come fractal analytic company does not cut ayny TDs from the monthly salary? The inhand salary is exactly CTC / 12 months. Why ? Is there anything wrong ??? In this case i will have to pay a lump some amount at the ITR filing, dont i, if i come under 30% bracket ?
