Agreed with @Toph56 , it's an individual function and depends on what works best for you. I have a very mixed routine where in 3 days I wake up at 5:30 to hit the gym and then start my day early to feel that I am getting ahead with any backlogs. And other days, i devote a few late nights when I need to get a lot of things done with some peace of mind and focus. Having been a complete night owl earlier, I can see the positive changes in my early morning routine more when I need to power through the number of tasks while the night time routine helps me with the quality of tasks in terms of longer projects that I prefer working on.
So you do you, figure out what works best for you individually and find a sweet spot to allocate tasks accordingly. My routine has helped me plan my days much better with structure and ensuring I stick to it has built amazing discipline on my timelines.

This is how I'm currently functioning in my upskilling and learning phase: start my day at 6/6 30am for language class (I chose early morning batch), with fresh mind you grasp more, retain more.
Later, 2.5 hours before sleeping - 2 hours for upskilling (course, reading), 0.5 hour for revision stuff taught in the morning.
I sleep around 1.30ish (which I feel is a bit late).
Let me know what you think. 🌟

You need at least 6.5 hours of sleep for memory improvement - so not a good idea.

Absolutely, it's required. However, depends on the individual, for some it may work, or may not. A good sleep is all we need. 💯

There’s scientific evidence to support the argument that both are good - but is a function of every individual. You can try this quiz to know for yourself.

I do both

Modi Ji?

Early bird is a bigger range than waking up at 6am. At least till 7:30am, i would call someone as an early bird.

I think recognising one that works and sticking with it as a routine is a great combo. Having said that, easier said than done.

3 tak soyenge , 7 p uthenge aur phir 1 baje dophair m soyenge… ab ye konsa sleep schedule h bhagwan jaane

Neither?
