Don’t hire them for L8
Google or MS really need to think about hiring of L8 & above Leadership from Amazon. They spread layoff & PiP virus everywhere. At G we have so many L8 & L9’s from Amazon, all they talk about is metrics & unnecessary pressure on SDEs & TPMs

The goal of L7+ is to blindly grow teams and that’s where it has lead us. Overblown teams
