The recruiters dont take action on applications, and even if someone does, its hidden behind premium subscription. As an applicant, where do I get the same quality of jobs but a better platform
You could always go to the careers page of the company and apply there as well. Sometimes the same job will be posted by the recruiter on multiple platforms. Apply till you catch that recruiters attention or get rejected. Other than job portals, referrals would act a much better part
Second this. I never apply thru the portal. I find the post then either try to get referrals thru linkedin or apply thru the careers page. Also send them an email on the careers email handle. Its a long shot but when you’re looking for a job you really gotta do everything you can.
