Deloitte vs Accenture (Mumbai) – lowballed or fair hike?

Current: 4.57 LPA (~31.7K in hand)

Offers: • Deloitte (Consultant, Pune): 10.5 fixed + 1L JB + 0–10% variable • Accenture (Sr Analyst, Mumbai – likely): 11 fixed + 0–8% variable

Context: • Deloitte initially discussed 11, then reduced to 10.5 citing band + ~140% hike • Accenture was 9 → negotiated to 11 • Deloitte role = consulting + implementation • Accenture = Mumbai location (important for me)

Confusion: • Seeing people mention 13–14 LPA at Deloitte (even Analyst roles) • Makes me feel I might have been lowballed • But hike is already 140%+
