Career Guidance Please.

I am currently working in Accenture Hyderabad (not much code involved, primarily used Tools). Current CTC is 4.6L I really want to join for SDE roles as I enjoy coding.

I have recently received offer for the role of Technical Support Engineer from Microsoft (Level 55) around 14-15 L CTC and it is in PUNE.

Now I am in a dilemma here, should I join it as some they I can then move to SDE roles internally after 18 months or Should I reject it and prepare and crack SDE roles?

Please guide me through this.
