Budget friendly tablet for taking notes

Suggest a budget friendly tablet for taking study notes with lot of functionalities to draw, correct, highlight, etc on your notes. Should come with a stylus for comfort writing. Good storage memory for lots of note files. Easily readable post the notes are created. And editable as well. good display, gives less strain on eyes. a little lighter in mass would be a plus.
