Prepped hard. Upgraded skills. Tweaked resume multiple times. Solved coding questions regularly.

In most interviews, I’m answering ~90% of what they ask. Still a reject.

Honestly feels like interviews are becoming more luck-based than skill-based now. Depends on: Which interviewer you get What random questions they feel like asking Their mood that day

Same candidate, different interviewer = totally different result.

Not saying I’ll stop preparing — I won’t. But I’m done pretending effort alone guarantees selection.
