Genuine review for Datametica?

Hi Guys, I want genuine review of Datametica (Onix) , about work culture, flexibility and Project. Please help me

It is growing company and give decent package as well

But work culture is not good, you need to work more than 12 hours as well and weekend.

Mostly they are working in fix bid projects and such projects timeline will be always shorts . So you will have pressure always.
