90days notice period
Can people who have 90 days notice period give advice on how to tackle it? (Pls don’t say resign first🥲 can’t afford to do that in current market situation)
Major service based Companies similar to TCS are accepting the 90 days notice period. prepare well and attend the interviews and walk in drives.

First go to bench stay there and crack other offers. When you're on bench companies will let you leave early

Take interviews get offer letter and talk to manager for early release if it doesn’t work out talk to HR of ur current company . The HRs of the new companies do some drama but nothing which can’t be handled. Be clear in the interview that my NP is 90 days but I will do everything possible to join as early as possible
