90days notice period

I am currently looking for a change and my current organisation has 90days notice period. Early release may not be possible. Due to this I am either not being considered for interviews or the hiring organisation is not releasing offer letter due to the notice period

Only option remaining is to resign without offer and then look for a job

Any suggestions

Ask release from your current project don’t accept any project during that tym and try 2months for outside opportunity tell them you have 30-45 days left for your notice period hive interviews when you got offer just put paper they ll release you early

I have done this , got an offer letter also but I didn't get released early.
They revoked the offer letter, so it's better to be honest.

Bro take it easy...find jobs putting 1 month.(Say it a lwd date 30 days later) If you get an offer they will join after a month. Out of 3 months , 30 days serve the notice. Rest 60 days use your leaves encashment and notice buyout to release early if you get the best offer. Try for a joining bonus as well. If provided well & good. But buy out should be there in your contract.

If you really need a change then drop paper and start searching, myself dropped the paper in current organisation and started searching within 1 month I got an offer and now 30days notice remaining getting multiple calls for interview, but current market is not that much like covid days and hike also they are not providing much. Those covids days are gone
