90 days NP while switching

Hi folks

How you are handling the 90 da of NP. I want to change the job and I am getting calls too but whe I am saying it's 90 days of NP they said we are looking immediate joiner .How to deal with this

Tell them my project is at the phase of completion and they kept me just because you have knowledge on the project and also you spoke to your manager for early release in 1 month like that.
