90 days Notice period query issue
I have successfully cleared the interview with X company. Before scheduling, I informed their HR that I have 35 days remaining on my notice period. Currently, I am billable on a project at Wipro. If I submit my resignation today, I am uncertain how long it will take for my resignation to be accepted, and I understand the 90-day notice period may apply. Given this situation, I am a bit confused about how to update the HR at X company. Could you kindly provide your suggestions or guidance on how I should communicate this to them
Buyout in wipro ask for 45 days notice period.
Ask for more 15 days in X company. Tell reason like curr org project depend more on me.

AFAIK, manager has to allow for early release.... HR doesn't have any control
