Trending @Wipro; 90 Days notice period issue
After getting the offer letter, The candidate should sign a bond with that Organization that he z gonna join without any fail after serving notice period in current Organization. Else this (90days notice period / we need immediate join/15 days join)issue is never gonna end.

As a candidate myself i refused a company's offer when they asked me to sign a bond saying that I will join once my notice period is over else pay x amount.
Once you get experienced you see right through this shit, and don't need to sign any such bonds.
