Face it head-on. Resign first, then job hunt. Offers come easier in the last 30 days. Negotiating an early release is rare. TCS policies are tough, like Gabbar Singh's rules.

Till when can we take the resignation back? Is there a particular day or it just depends on the HR?

My suggestion dont resign until offer in hand in this situation. Below steps:

  1. Come to bench try outside with keep naukri 15 day Notice period.
  2. If you r in project no T&m project n no depedency in project discuss with ur manager for project release. 3.Getting call depends what skill set n experience.

One more suggestion if u need to take back ur resignation one week before LWD but bro. Terms n conditions changed nowadays TCS

  1. You will not get hike nxt cmming 2 years.
  2. You hve not supposed to put ur resignation nxt 2 years.

My friend is in same situation dont do such kind of things dont resign with out offer considering all these.
