Follow this-
-Update on Naukri , Notice period as 60 Days -Take minimum naukri paid profile of 3k for 6 month, service would be to take your CV putting above in the HR search criteria.
-Now you will be getting calls from recruiter, if they ask notice period tell them it is 90 but negotiable to 60. -Now take atleast 1offer irrespective of 60 days notice period and resign. Your notice period clock now started. -Post that wait for 15-16 days but then start searching for job again, daily update naukri profile, apply to 10-15 relevant positions .
-once you get interview call tell same, notice period 90 but negotiable. -Now your one month is already reduced by the time you will get next offer letter where you will serve remaining 60 days and company can easily accept your profile -follow this process again and take atleast one more offer -by the end of your notice period you will be having 3 offer letters.

One thing I missed, the moment you get an offer letter, change notice period section to ‘serving notice period’

Inform the recruiter that notice period buyout is possible. I have seen many cases where the notice period was reduced. You need a senior level (associate vice president I guess) approval.

First of all Never tell 90 days notice period if you are an experience guy give resign and then look for job Else tell 60 days once you get an offer first try to negotiate on notice if not getting reduced you can tell the new employer some reason related health or they are not reducing can you increase it by one month . Also once you start serving notice period you will get many calls try to crack new offer since you have very less days left after you start serving notice period and you become eligible for more jobs who want immediate joiner
