90 days notice period buy out amount?
Due to 3 month notice period I am not getting new job interviews. So looking for buy out option. I heard the buy out amount is 90 days * basic salary. Is this true? Has anyone skipped notice period through the buy out option?

Think about it how does it even make sense. You are paid on a monthly basis so your buyout amount would be 3*basic salary. 3 months is the notice period. I have put on my papers but will let you know if I'm able to buyout my notice period. People saying 'Yes' to your questions deserves to be in TCS and get peanuts in their pockets.
