90 days Notice period

How you are handling the question of Notice period when recruiter reaches out to you ? Even before scheduling the interview they ask this question.

If you say it's 90 days then probably they will not call you back. Needed advice from people who have already switched. Since I can't take much risk to resign and search because my family is dependent on me. Please suggest.
