90 days bench notice period

You cannot serve the entire 90 days notice period while being on bench. Company policy does not allow it. You must find a project or leave earlier.

Issue is I have financial dependency on me. And I had requested a joining date citing a 90 days notice period. Now that I am getting early release and my next employer is not ready to prepone my joining I am stuck

Usually you have to leave earlier which is a plus point because you can negotiate offers
