90 day Notice Period Rant!

Hey all, I've been reaching out to recruiters, they do ask only one thing. What's your notice period, followed by general questions like CTCs.

After saying that it is 90 days, they literally ghost me and I really can't have a say on it.

Have you seen any companies who agree with the 90 day notice period, or are there any hacks to make it to the interview surpassing this NP barrier..?

Or maybe I have only 1 YOE, also I am applying to entry level roles too..?
