Hey folks, iam planning to switch from organization. I have completed 9 months here. Thought of switching due to compensation.

Is it ok to resign now. Since total exp will be 1 year by the time notice period ends.

Please give some suggestions.😊

WTF 4 years experience and just 7 LPA? You should definitely look for switch. Yes you can resign anytime.

Go for it, it'll be considered as 1 year of experience not 9 so don't worry
