9 hrs mandate in TCS
have you guys heard anything about mandatory 9hrs sitting in office?

my supervisor was telling about it and was kind of asking me to do the same
There is a way, spend 9 hours at office from 10 to 7 and don't take any calls after that even don't respond on weekend or during leaves whatever the urgency you know. They will relax that timing.
Not, yet, I am doing swap in and swap out in 15 minutes.

I fill up timesheet 1 hour non bilable and 8 hours billable...is it correct?
They have started to circulate 9 hrs work for office and designated location not the one close to your home means i.e base or project location in addition to it 5 days also
An email has came stating it will impact your appraisal/ promotion if you do not sit for 9 hours in office
We got a mail that we have to be in the office for 9 hrs. But we realized that the manager, in the RTO Report, only sees if we have reported to the office, but not the in-time or out-time or duration of stay. So, guess who has mandotary evening walks now.
