9 HOURS WFO RTO COMPLIANCE

Hi TCSers, has anyone heard about the new policy requiring employees (especially C3 and above) to strictly work 9 hours a day from the office? What actions are taken if someone doesn't meet this requirement? Any insights would be appreciated!

Its fake information. Don't believe whatever u hear. For different projects HRs have mentioned different hours mandatory wfo. For example, our project H&M - hannes&moritz Adibatla, is min 5-7 hours daily in the office.
