9 Hours Mandate for TCS
My manager asked whole of our team to come to project odc and that too for 9 hours compulsary for any shift.
What should we do as they say it is from higher management.

It is just beginning you have to face many more new f off policies
The majority of these things happen only if you don't have a critical project work. If you're a critical resource and you have work dependency everytime they'll leave you to home earlier or even WFH is possible.
