85% above attendance ensure 100% QVA?

Is QVA deduction based on the attendance percentage or simply if attendance is higher than 85% we’ll get 100% QVA?

Anyone who has an idea pls tell.

Attendance is higher than 85% and deployment index for project is 100% (till c2 you will get 100% deployment index ) then you will 100% QVA
