80L for 3+ YOE? Too inflated?

Which company is this? I will freaking apply if they indeed offer 80-90L + ESOPs. Have multiple papers in ICRA, CoRL , etc.

But something tells me that it's one of those bait and switch startups that counts likes of free food and snacks in that CTC

These are the people who get laid off the moment company goes down

If you are in top 0.1% for freshman companies offer 80L, I have few friends who were earning 1cr in their first year itself, Private equity, VC

Not possible for 3 years work exp. Misleading.

Eh ML engineers are like NBA players these days. 500k USD offers in the bay for freshly minted PhDs are not uncommon.

Going by the 1:4 pay ratio b/w India and US the offer seems at par with market expectations.

This job posting feels like it's more or marketing post for the company.

It's a high risk high reward game. Nothing wrong in it if the prospective employee understands the associated risks and the excruciating grind involved

Anybody can make a post to attract resumes . Finally can say that role is on hold 😄
