Trending @HCL; 8080 employees lose their jobs in HCl

As i hear this in recent news that after june 30th , hcl employees lose their jobs almost 8080 members as Quarter 1 doesn't get the results as expected. I can see HCl taking more and more tech-bees and freshers then how it can be possible that more than 8000 people lose their jobs in HCl. As hcl Firing people to resign can we expect appraisal in this quarter??

Anyone have more clarity on this topic

It's wrong ,hcl asking the employee to resign if they are in bench for more than 1 month.

Every company will ask like this, if you are capable you can easily get the new project, but it's not mean hcl is firing

What you said is true…Previous HCL different Now HCL forcing them to resign…Rather than terminate.

100% true , two of my friends were in a project for more than 4 years as project closes they were moved to bench but within a month HR forced to submit resignation...hcl never bother employee

Do not give resignation, let them fire. That's how you get more compensation

HCL does not fire anyone, they have resigned as their choice. But yes the headcount is reduced in this recent quarter. But good news HCL will hire new tech bees.
