8+ years experience selected for Android development now doing documentation in wrong profile
Have joined Tcs 8months back for Android developer profile since then working on Documentation and non technical work. Can not release from project and no one is giving development. I feel frustrated and loosing my Tech skills is it scam with me there are more colleagues like me in odc what should i do now is there anyone in same situation?
It's your call. Get release from Project for your own future, if you don't like current role. No one will fight for you. Start talking to your manager or his/her senior or his/her senior. I mean to say that let them know that you are not ready any other work than development, otherwise at the end they will blame you that you didn't raised the concern earlier.
