7years experience TCS

Hi ,

I have recently cleared all the interview rounds in TCS, and they are giving me around 70-80% hike to my current package which is 9lpa-17lpa ..is that ok to join ? BTW, I am a DevOps engineer.

I would say , leverage this offer to get higher package . With 7 year: 17 LPA is slightly lowball . Look for offer close to 25 . Mind you , you won’t be getting any hikes for next 2 years in TCS . So think of that aspect as well

Nahi bhai , nothing will happen . I know a guy who rejected the offer 2 times , and still got the offer 3rd time

That's a pretty good hike in the current market. But mind you TCS has 5 days work from office & you can't join TCS in the future if you resign there
