Just got an e-mail from the company stating my score for Techleap School 1 to be 57 out of 75, now i have heard 75% is enough for fast-track promotion, but people also talk about automatic promotions being stopped, does this include Promotions by Techleap too? Also am I eligible for fast track promotions?

I joined Accenture in July 2024. I've been in a project since December 2024.

Today we had a leadership connect in that they have clearly mentioned "They have been moving out with TECHLEAP concept" means there will be no Fast-track promotion

They discounted the Fast track promotions through techleap with immediate effect and even default promotion is no longer considered.

Now it's entirely on a performance basis after MAL of 15 months.
