I heard from my manager that for this year's appraisal, I&D has set a 75% threshold for BTO compliance. I’m a bit unclear on how they’re calculating the 75% — is it based on the cumulative number of days in the office for the entire year, or are they calculating it on a monthly basis?

appraisa,l never depends on any department it depends on your n+2 manager rest is formality to provide answers they have huaman bots to answer this i mean hr
