For those uninitiated, Pay attention -> Resumes come in 7 types:

• What you think looks good
• What GPT thinks looks good
• What GPT thinks the recruiter thinks looks good
• What your employed friend approves
• What your unemployed friend swears by got him 4 callbacks in 2021
• What your mentor says is good (after forwarding it to 6 VPs who never replied)
• What the hiring manager actually wanted And then… there is this 8th type.. resume of that guy who got the job. He did not have a resume. But went to the same college as the founder.
