After 2 years without any hike and promotion, and giving now only 7% hike and 13% bonus. When I asked my manager, answer was you got good % of hike than others... What to say now on this 😢

16moFrustrating as hell. I feel you. I got promoted from ASE to se in December 2022. Till now no hike. I asked for promotion but i am sure they won’t give. I worked really hard. Two years gone in vain.
Meanwhile life just goes on. Adulting without salary increase🥲
