7% for A, 4% for B, 3% for C- why so much hype for Band
Its just difference of 2-3%...then Why to care, why to cry and why to put efforts when you who have put lot of efforts and someone who did just bare minimum have no difference. So moral of the story- Do your bare minimum, enjoy life, spend time with friends and family, maintain health, do travel, pursue your hobby...because when you get old, you will cherish all these things and wont even remember bands. Have FUN guys...forget BANDS
If a persona has 10 lpa, A band means 70k a year dude 😂. For middle class people it's a huge deal. People have debt, theirs as well as their family's. Everything matters when you live a hard life and at month end you have nothing left in your pocket.
Bro I am not saying that it doesn’t matter but even if you get B, anyway you will get 40k-50k. So I am trying to see life as a whole and trying to compare how much we put through our life for such bands and ultimately what we get in return at the end of life
In that way yes, the efforts put for that band is not that worth it. The bands are not even given for an individual's skills, rather it's given based on some other random stuff 😂. It's always better to jump into other companies if you have proper skills and are willing to work towards it. If you're lazy and want to continue here, this is the way 😂.
It's like a big relief to me after seeing. I'm not at all happy with C after seeing my band i felt very low and depressed after working.
Nothing to be depressed about this bro, I have been seeing these for last 13 year, and believe me it doesn’t matter much if you have holistic view. In my initial years, i too was mad about this bands but later realised what is importance of peace and happiness in life. When I look back my journey, I don’t regret getting B ever..but sometimes i regret slogging myself and taking stress, giving so much for that A band. It took me time to realise what i have written in post , but I probably i want others to learn from my experience if that is helpful. (Again all have own perspective to look at things, and man can disagree with me which is absolutely fine and understandable)
