7 A bands and still 2 Promotions is this really justify the growth..? Are they following policy

Know people who got 3 consecutive A bands and still got ITA promotion after 5 years. Do not trust these people. They don't have your best interests at heart. The goal is to maximize your output while minimising your salary. Growth will happen only if they think it's good for them, or for the business. Plus your higher ups may not be getting promoted, why will they promote you faster, only to have you sit on their heads later. There's just too much mud - hope you can find a better place that will respect your diligence.

I got 3 consecutive A bands and this is my first company as i joined as a fresher and in 3.6 yrs of total experience i got promoted to ITA which finally converted my variable digital pay into fixed pay. So i think everyone is not bad, there are few projects which really are.

It's not everyone, or project specific. In the same project people got promoted in 3 years with 2 A, 1B, 4 years with 4 Bs, or 3B, 1A, or 1C, 3B. It's corporate policy, HR, and general mindset towards employee welfare. Good luck, hope it continues to work well for you.

Same with me, consecutive 4 A but this time also no promotion.. I think its time to change for good.

What policy 😂 What are you actually expecting?
