Trending @Capgemini; 6yrs in Capgemini confused in decision making

I am a Consultant in Capgemini having 6yrs of experience in Manual Testing, Managers are not giving Automation projects and I am the mother of 2 kids having below 2years. Do I need to look for a change or should I continue with same Manual Testing or should i take sabbatical leave and let my kids grow. confused in decision making.

worst part is my package is 6LPA .For my experience I should be expecting minimum 11LPA. Salary is also another criteria ,but if I see comfort zone I was able to manage my work with 1kid .
