Yes, if the offer letter mentions it, the bonus should be part of your CTC. Check with HR for confirmation.

Same date I joined. I thought 18 months completed on 28th September so I will get bonus on September Salary but didn't got it. So I raised the ticket and they told that yes 18 months is completed but since they calculate the payroll by 15th of every month and since you and me completed 18 months after 15th of September so it will be taken into account for October Salary
