As long as your WFO index is above 85% you should be fine

Are you currently allocated? Which unit? I see there are no hours measured

No...it will never reduce. They will hire fresher and keep the count increasing with low paying resources. But some days in future it will backfire as fresher can't work the same as what experienced person can do. We are seeing multiple such projects where TCS is either getting escalation or warning from client or have to pay penalty for sla breach.

TCS will never do open lay off :
- Cheap IT labour is in demand all over the world and it will never stop
- TCS is based on mass hiring
- Greater number of people on bench also helps TCS in getting on demand labour for clients as and when needed.
- Due to this strategy TCS is able to get good labour as well
- And obviously if a person is dumb and not able to do even support roles after training and retraining and retraining and PIP, then that person won’t survive in any other IT company as well.
- Even if you do nothing in your project just because they have you allow TCS to bill the client for your presence itself.
- Obviously TCS still has rights to layoff if they want to but chances are low.

Then why is TCS still recruiting people from outside?
