Citi Business units

I heard there are multiple business units in citi, heard particularly about function business units. Is it kinds internal support team or client facing team? What are the teams, domain, business unit in citi, As far as researched it has ICG, TSS etc Please pour suggestions . Is it good to join under functions business unit
