67 lpa fixed at 6 yrs PM -total 11 yoe
I have total 11 years experience
6 years in PM 5 years in Analytics
Get 67 lpa fixed
Solely in terms of fixed salary am I underpaid or overpaid for top 10%ile companies

PM salaries have a large range and depend upon the profile. Some additional context would be helpful.
- MBA /non MBA
- Tier of colleges
- Previous companies - Startups / Faang
IMHO
- Most (not all) companies often ignore any non- PM experience which is more than 2 years
- A new grad from older IIMs may start at a much higher package than an experienced PM in the market
- Solely on terms of fixed pay and not weighing in your non-PM experience you are overpaid for top 10%ile companies

Agree on heterogeneity
Thank you
Additional context
- non IIT
- no MBA
B2C mobile apps experience

Then I would say significantly overpaid :)
This is not a feedback on your skills but just a reflection of how the market values prestigious degrees and FAANG experience (unfortunately).
All the best!

All PMs are overpaid.

This guy is analytics man! Keeping business on their toes is his job. That's the core essense. It differs from pure know nothing PMs. Product roles are important & this is the right profile in that. 67 is avg at best

I think you either need to start getting into managerial roles or lead a business unit with higher share of responsibility. . Ignore what people say, what matters is how many people life did you impact in your first time second and nth order circle

Saar you r beffjezoz which saan?

It's good

Seeing 63% saying overpaid, feels good
Some good feedback too
