What slap? They have not concluded any misdoing. It is just based on the philosophy that it is not enough to serve justice but it should vividly appear. If those 65 lakhs do not get added to the system then it is a false allegation and a slap to opposition.

6moI don't know why they made AADHAR mandatory for everything if aadhar is not valid enough for proving citizenship nd voting

Aadar is like one's biological identity. Once you do things with a fixed unchanging identity then it eliminates faking and brings accountability. Other claims of your nationality, religion, wealth ...etc should need further scrutiny.
