60 days is my Notice, new org has 90 days with 30% raise should I join ??

Hi all, I have received an offer with a 30% raise, but their notice period is 45 days within probation (6 months) and 90 days after probation. My concern is my current notice is 60 days, and I don't want to get into an org that has 90 days as notice because I have currently 2YOE and would most probably be giving interviews and switching companies at least after a year of joining. In that case, it will be difficult to get interview calls. so what would be best 1)Ask the new company to reduce it to 45-60 or else reject the offer 2)Get the offer letter first then ask current employer to match it(I am not sure if they will) 3)Switch to new company accepting the notice

They’re willing to buy out my notice period and want me to join early, yet their own notice period is 90 days, quite ironic
