6 Months Probation in KPMG

Hi guys,

I have an offer from KPMG. I read the entire offer and found that there is a clause that states I would be on probation for 6 months and depending upon the performance I would be confirmed. On the other side I have an offer from Tiger Analytics where no probationary period is mentioned. I am hearing that there is a lot of micromanagement going on in Tiger and the situation is not great. I need some suggestions on which one I should join.

Probation is everywhere and with every company generally for 6 months some companies are having 3months same companies don't having at all nothing to worry work hard in probation period
